Visitor Scout report privacy notice

ContentKaki uses your email, topic, publishing platform and region to prepare and send the report you ask for. We also use your network address and protected identifiers to stop abuse, limit repeat requests and avoid duplicate sends. A report request does not sign you up for marketing.

We use Gmail to send the email and Upstash to store your request. Other trusted service providers host the form and check that you are human. They all handle your information only to provide those services.

We keep your request and report for up to 24 hours. Request-limit records last about 24 hours and operating records up to 7 days. Monthly send counters reset each month. Emails already delivered stay in the mailbox they were sent to.

We keep a protected identifier for blocked addresses with no end date, so opt-outs, complaints and repeated delivery failures stay respected.

To stop future reports, reply Visitor Scout report opt-out or email ivan@contentkaki.com. We handle opt-outs by hand, so it is not instant. Marketing preferences are separate. Use the same address for questions about your report information.
