Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a consultation or purchasing ContentKaki. By accessing our website or submitting the consultation form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
1. About ContentKaki
ContentKaki is a digital AI workflow system designed for personal brand creators, built to run inside Claude Code (an application by Anthropic).
ContentKaki is not a SaaS platform, subscription service, or software application. No account is created on our platform. Use of ContentKaki requires a separate Claude subscription plan (from $20/month via Anthropic), which is the buyer's own responsibility to obtain and maintain.
ContentKaki is offered for purchase following a free, no-obligation consultation, subject to fit assessment.
ContentKaki is designed and written by Ivan Ee, based in Singapore.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation or purchase ContentKaki. By submitting the consultation form or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. The Free Consultation
The free consultation is a 30-minute, no-obligation call to assess whether ContentKaki is the right fit for you. By booking:
- You understand this is a discovery call, not a guaranteed sale or service commitment
- No professional, financial, legal, or business advisory services are being provided — guidance is general in nature
- Either party may decline or end the call at any time
- We may take written notes during the call; we will not record video or audio without your explicit consent
4. Purchasing ContentKaki
If you choose to purchase ContentKaki following the consultation, you will receive access to a ZIP file containing the ContentKaki system files. You are purchasing a licence to use these files for your own personal content creation purposes only.
You are NOT purchasing:
- A subscription or recurring service
- Software, an app, or a SaaS product
- A Claude subscription (this must be obtained directly from Anthropic)
- Any guarantee of results, income, or follower growth
Refund terms, where applicable, will be provided with the invoice at point of sale.
5. Intellectual Property
All ContentKaki system files and accompanying materials are our intellectual property, protected by copyright laws in Singapore and internationally.
Upon purchase following the consultation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the ContentKaki files for your own content creation. You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with any third party
- Use the files to create competing products or services
- Remove or alter any watermarks, credits, or proprietary notices
- Upload or publish the files publicly in any form
Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your licence.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ContentKaki or our website to:
- Infringe any intellectual property rights
- Distribute, resell, or share the system files without authorisation
- Harass, defame, or harm any person or group
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the ContentKaki system for commercial resale
7. Disclaimer
ContentKaki is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the fitness, accuracy, or completeness of the product for any particular purpose.
Results from using ContentKaki will vary depending on individual effort, consistency, niche, and external factors. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes related to followers, leads, income, or business growth.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ContentKaki or participation in a consultation call, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for ContentKaki.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
