Refund Policy
We take this policy seriously because ContentBrain is a one-time purchase downloadable product — once the ZIP file is in your hands, the transaction is complete. We have invested significant time building this system, and we stand behind it fully.
Where possible, we will always attempt to resolve the issue by resending or replacing the files before processing a refund. A refund will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved after our reasonable attempts to do so.
Conditions Eligible for a Refund
1. Non-Delivery
You completed payment successfully but did not receive your download link or file access within 24 hours of purchase. This includes cases where the delivery email went missing and cannot be recovered even after checking your spam or junk folder.
2. Corrupted or Incomplete Files
The delivered ZIP file is damaged, fails to open, or is missing files after reasonable attempts on your end.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
You received files that are materially different from what is described on this page — for example, an entirely different product was delivered to you in error.
How to Request a Refund
If your situation meets one of the conditions above, email us at contentbrain.help@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date with the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number (found in your purchase receipt)
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence where applicable (e.g. error message when opening the ZIP)
Requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be entertained, regardless of the reason.
We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Conditions NOT Eligible for a Refund
To be transparent, the following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Change of mind after the files have been downloaded or accessed
- Failure to read the product description — ContentBrain's requirements, limitations, and scope are clearly stated on the landing page before purchase
- Missing Claude Pro subscription — ContentBrain requires a separate Claude Pro plan ($20/month via Anthropic). This is stated clearly on our website and is the buyer's own responsibility to obtain
- Setup difficulties — ContentBrain includes a Starter Pack with setup instructions. Difficulty following the steps does not constitute a product fault
- Unmet personal expectations — Results from using ContentBrain vary by individual effort, consistency, niche, and content strategy. We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to followers, leads, income, or business growth
- Incompatibility with future Claude updates — ContentBrain runs on Anthropic's Claude platform. We are not responsible for changes Anthropic makes to their platform that may affect functionality
